In a democratic, frank, and open atmosphere, voters in Hoang Hoa commune submitted petitions to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant ministries and agencies on several issues related to the implementation of policies and regulations for part-time officials who left their jobs after the commune merger; policies to attract young, qualified, and dedicated individuals to participate in socio- political tasks in villages and neighborhoods, especially as Party branch secretaries, village heads, and heads of the Fatherland Front working committees in villages. Voters proposed studying an increase in allowances and support for social insurance and health insurance contributions for these individuals. They also suggested increasing operating funds for socio-political organizations, as the merged communes now have a large area, numerous activities, and a large number of members.
Voters in Hoang Hoa commune have requested that relevant authorities provide guidance and inspect the implementation of regulations on extracurricular tutoring outside of school, as stipulated in Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDĐT of the Minister of Education and Training.
The delegation of National Assembly deputies from the province inspected the operations of the Hoang Hoa Commune Public Administrative Service Center.
Voters in Sam Son ward petitioned the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant ministries and agencies to consider assigning qualified commune-level officials to perform state management tasks related to enterprises and investment-related production and business activities; to strictly handle agencies, organizations, and individuals producing and trading counterfeit and substandard goods; to quickly reclaim land and buildings allocated to agencies, organizations, and businesses that have not been invested in or put into operation for many years; and to direct the complete closure of the landfill in Trung Son ward (now Sam Son ward) to address environmental pollution issues.
Voters in Sam Son ward expressed their opinions at the voter consultation meeting.
In addition, voters have requested the early implementation of the investment project to build the Sam Son General Hospital at the new facility, investing in synchronized equipment to meet the medical needs of the people. This project is currently in the investment scale survey phase by the former Sam Son City People's Committee, but has been temporarily suspended to reorganize the local government apparatus.
National Assembly Deputy Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, received and addressed the opinions and suggestions of voters.
Speaking at a meeting with voters in Hoang Hoa commune and Sam Son ward, National Assembly Deputy Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, respectfully thanked and acknowledged the heartfelt and practical opinions of voters from the two localities.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union informed voters about the results of addressing voters' opinions and recommendations under the responsibility of central ministries and agencies; the highlights of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and also discussed some issues of concern to voters.
Regarding the opinions of voters at the meetings, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies will fully receive and compile them for submission to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution in accordance with regulations.
