The entire gate is surrounded by a centuries-old Bodhi tree, creating a unique and rare beauty. The gate is nestled within the ancient Bodhi tree, its gnarled trunk bearing the marks of countless years spent passing through the temple gate.

The marks of time and antiquity are evident in every layer of exposed brick, every root of the Bodhi tree intertwined and wrapped around each other.

These guardian statues, handcrafted by artisans, retain their sacred and ancient charm despite the ravages of time.

The young leaves of the century-old Bodhi tree sprout and bud at the base every spring, making spring here even more vibrant.

The old brick color, the ancient moss clinging to the trunk and roots of the Bodhi tree over the years, further enhance the ancient and unique beauty of the gate of Phu Hau village communal house.

Mr. Canh - Head of the Temple Management Board, informed: The Bodhi tree that "embraces" the temple gate has been recognized as a Heritage Tree by the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment. A plaque has been placed at the base of the tree, bearing the name: Vietnam Heritage Tree.

Every day, the century-old Bodhi tree continues to cast its shade over the temple courtyard, and its roots continue to grow, wrapping around the weathered bricks, adding to the ancient charm of the temple.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Lap, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Dong commune, informed: The commune currently has more than 30 historical relics, including 5 national-level relics. Phu Hau Temple, with its unique beauty and rare cultural and historical values, has also been included in the "Son Dong Connecting Heritage Region" tourism tour, with the desire to transform the local heritage into a "green economy ," using culture as a driving force for local socio-economic development.
