Regular liaison meetings between the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province are maintained to monitor public opinion among members and the people.
The armed forces have focused on deploying mass mobilization work in conjunction with their unit's tasks, effectively implementing the movement to protect national security, and actively coordinating with local authorities to promote the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas. The police force has played a core role in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level, proactively advising Party committees and authorities on resolving conflicts among the people, promoting the movement to protect national security, closely monitoring the local situation, strictly managing individuals, and effectively handling security and order-related incidents early, remotely, and at the grassroots level.
The military forces continued to thoroughly understand and implement resolutions on national defense strategy. In 2026, the entire province had 6,095 outstanding young people enlisting for military service and service in the People's Public Security Force; of which, 5,350 citizens performed military service and 745 citizens performed service in the People's Public Security Force. The quality of new recruits continued to improve with 303 citizens holding university or college degrees; 141 citizens were Party members. 1,945 citizens volunteered to enlist, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and aspiration to contribute of the youth of Phu Tho.

The religious situation in the province is stable, with no complex incidents arising.
It can be affirmed that the substantive innovations in mass mobilization work in recent times are a renewal of thinking in serving the people. In the coming time, Party committees and governments at all levels need to continue to innovate mass mobilization work in terms of both content and methods of propaganda; linking mass mobilization work with the effective implementation of socio-economic development policies right from the grassroots level. These are very high demands, requiring great determination and effort from Party committees, Party organizations, governments, the Fatherland Front at all levels, and the staff of the propaganda and mass mobilization sectors to excellently fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party.
