Trusted partner of many German enterprises in human resource development

*Meeting between VGEC representatives and Bremen (Germany) representatives*

‏In the context of Vietnam and Germany increasingly tightening bilateral cooperation, many German enterprises are actively approaching and expanding their operations in the Vietnamese market. This is a golden opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises and organizations to improve the quality of human resources, promote development and international integration. In this field, Viet Duc Aspiration Joint Stock Company (VGEC) has become a reliable partner, chosen by many German agencies and enterprises to cooperate.

VGEC is a partner of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (AHK) in converting degrees for young Vietnamese people. This cooperation not only opens up opportunities for young people to study and work in Germany, but also helps improve the quality of Vietnamese human resources, meeting the increasing demands of the international labor market. At the signing of the cooperation agreement between AHK and VGEC, AHK representative shared: “AHK, as a bridge between the Federal Republic of Germany and Vietnamese enterprises, has implemented many pilot programs with the German government . We recognize that new values and sustainable practices truly benefit both Vietnamese workers and German enterprises. Along with that, organizations participating in this work need to have enough prestige, core competencies, great vision and always want to create sustainable values for the community. And I believe that VGEC is such an organization.”

Not only that, VGEC also expands cooperation with many businesses in many fields such as nursing, restaurants - hotels, handicrafts, etc. This not only diversifies career opportunities for young Vietnamese people but also helps them equip themselves with the necessary skills to succeed in the international working environment.

Recently, VGEC was honored to welcome representatives from the state of Bremen - one of the states with a strong economic development and a long-term cooperative relationship with Vietnam. This is the second consecutive year that representatives of the state of Bremen have come to exchange and share culture with VGEC students. This event not only affirms VGEC's position in Vietnam but also demonstrates the trust and appreciation of German partners for the quality and effectiveness of the cooperation programs that VGEC brings.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tung, Deputy General Director of VGEC, shared: “At VGEC, we always pay special attention to the quality of education and training. Students not only learn the language but also participate in cultural exchange programs, career orientation sessions and integration skills suitable for Germany and Europe. This helps young people gain more understanding, skills and confidence to easily integrate when entering the international environment. This is also one of the special concerns of German partners when looking for students and workers in Vietnam”
