To rename photos or videos on iPhone, just follow these instructions:
Step 1: First, open the photo app on your iPhone. Select the photo or video you want to rename. Next, select the share icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Now, swipe down and select Save to File.

Step 2: Here, you will see the original name of the photo. You can completely change the name of the photo according to your wishes and then click the Save button.
