The democratic dialogue with officers and soldiers in the second quarter of 2024 was attended by 230 comrades representing all officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Binh Duong province.
According to the Military Command of Binh Duong province, in the first 6 months of 2024, agencies and units in the provincial armed forces fully implemented the programs and plans for local military and defense tasks. At the Party committees and commanders at all levels, the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations has had many progressive changes in awareness, responsibility and implementation has been increasingly disciplined, effective and gradually going into solid depth.

Agencies and units have issued complete and timely regulations and rules that are in line with the tasks and situations, and have had many creative and specific policies and measures to ensure comprehensive leadership and management, creating a strong change in innovation in leadership methods and working style of commanders and collective leaders associated with individuals in charge.
Implementing democracy in the management and operation of the commander is increasingly expanding, being fair, open, and transparent, creating high solidarity and unity among the commanders at all levels and all officers and soldiers. The political situation and ideology of the officers and soldiers are stable, not wavering, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.

In the spirit of frankness, objectivity, democracy and openness, at the dialogue session, many opinions, thoughts and aspirations were expressed, and difficulties and obstacles in studying and working were shared.
Opinions also focused on practical contents, such as: military and professional democracy; political democracy; working methods and styles of leaders, managers and commanders at all levels; activities of the Military Council and movement activities of mass organizations; democracy in economy and life and some other contents.

Through the dialogue, opinions were clearly explained and responded to by the authorities and the head of the Provincial Military Command, resolving the difficulties, thoughts and aspirations of the team of officers, professional soldiers, and non-commissioned officers and soldiers.
Emphasizing the profound significance of democratic dialogue with cadres and soldiers, Colonel Le Minh Phuong, Deputy Political Commissar of Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, emphasized that through democratic dialogue, we can grasp the ideological situation, thoughts, feelings, aspirations, and difficulties of cadres and soldiers of the province's armed forces.
