The democratic dialogue with officers and soldiers in the second quarter of 2024 was attended by 230 comrades representing all officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the armed forces of Binh Duong province.
According to the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, in the first six months of 2024, agencies and units within the provincial armed forces fully implemented the local military and national defense programs and plans. At all levels, Party committees and commanders have implemented the Regulations on Grassroots Democracy, showing significant progress in awareness and responsibility, and the implementation is becoming increasingly systematic, effective, and progressively more in-depth and sustainable.

Agencies and units have promptly issued comprehensive regulations and rules that are relevant to the situation and tasks, and have implemented many creative and specific policies and measures to ensure comprehensive leadership and management, creating a strong transformation in the innovation of leadership methods and work style of commanders and leadership teams, linked with individual responsibility.
The implementation of democracy in the management and operation of commanders is increasingly expanding, becoming fair, open, and transparent, creating high levels of unity and cohesion among commanders at all levels and all officers and soldiers. The political and ideological situation of officers and soldiers is stable and unwavering, ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

In a spirit of frankness, objectivity, democracy, and openness, the dialogue session saw the expression of many opinions, thoughts, and aspirations, as well as the sharing of difficulties and obstacles encountered in studies and work.
The opinions also focused on practical issues such as: democracy in military and professional matters; democracy in politics; methods and working styles of leaders, managers, and commanders at all levels; the activities of the Military Council and the activities of mass organizations; democracy in the economy and daily life; and several other issues.

Through the dialogue, the opinions were clearly explained and responded to by the relevant authorities and the head of the Provincial Military Command, resolving the difficulties, concerns, and aspirations of the officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and enlisted personnel.
Emphasizing the profound significance of democratic dialogue with officers and soldiers, Colonel Le Minh Phuong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, stressed that through democratic dialogue, one can gain a firm grasp of the ideological situation, thoughts, feelings, aspirations, and difficulties of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces.
This will enable timely leadership and guidance in resolving difficulties and obstacles arising during the performance of duties, meeting the legitimate needs and aspirations of officers and soldiers, creating consensus, strengthening unity and cohesion within the unit, and ensuring readiness to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a clean and strong Party committee and a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and outstanding unit.
