As a representative of an enterprise operating in the industrial production sector, I appreciate the breakthrough policies that the province has implemented, from social housing for workers, vocational training support, to programs to care for the spiritual life of workers. In the context of current innovation and development, the dialogue between provincial leaders and cadres, workers, civil servants, and laborers is truly meaningful and timely. In addition to listening to and acknowledging the proposals and recommendations of workers, provincial leaders have also made many practical suggestions, removed barriers in administrative procedures, built a team of cadres... to make the private economic sector operate more effectively and substantially. This contributes significantly to the realization of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TU on private economic development; building Quang Ninh province into a model province, increasingly rich, civilized, a modern service and industrial province. I hope the province continues to have open policies and mechanisms for the business community and private sector to develop as well as remove current difficulties and obstacles for businesses.

The dialogue between provincial leaders and cadres, workers, civil servants and employees was very frank, high-quality and effective. I have participated in dialogue conferences between provincial leaders many times. I highly appreciate the organization of this conference. At the dialogue conference, provincial leaders, departments, branches, localities and enterprises listened to the thoughts and aspirations of cadres, union members and workers in the province, thereby promptly answering questions, resolving difficulties, helping workers feel secure in their commitment; provincial leaders spent a lot of time listening to recommendations, proposals and advice on the socio-economic development of the province. For workers, this not only shows deep concern and care, but also affirms the role of cadres, workers and laborers in the development of agencies, units and enterprises in particular and the development of the province in general. The dialogue once again promoted the role of trade unions at the grassroots level in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, building harmonious relationships between workers and employers, and developing a stable, sustainable, and effective working environment.

The first time I had the opportunity to listen and talk with the provincial leaders, I was very moved when Quang Ninh province paid attention to the lives of workers and laborers. Through the dialogue, I understood more clearly about the province's orientation and investment policies in building more than 1 million social houses for low-income people as well as the approach and necessary conditions for us workers and laborers to have the opportunity to buy cheap houses and have stable housing. The provincial leaders, departments and branches also proposed specific solutions to develop more public bus routes, especially fixed routes to transport workers through industrial parks, to ensure safety and save costs for workers. These policies demonstrate the practical concern of the province and enterprises in taking care of workers, helping us to truly "settle down", have more motivation to stick with the company and Quang Ninh province for a long time.

Each worker and laborer will make more efforts to truly become the core force for the development of the Coal industry and Quang Ninh province.

Quang Ninh has many heavy industries such as coal mining, stone mining, construction materials production, shipbuilding industry, cement production, electricity production, construction works, processing industry... These are heavy, toxic, dangerous occupations and jobs, with many potential risks of occupational accidents, occupational diseases and environmental pollution... In recent times, from the province to all levels of trade unions and enterprises have had many specific activities to take care of health, ensure occupational safety and hygiene, and minimize occupational accidents. As at our Company, the Union regularly coordinates with professionals to organize free health check-ups and consultations, give gifts to workers and employees in difficult circumstances, collect employees' opinions on the quality of shift meals, provide labor protection equipment, organize occupational safety and hygiene training for union officials and workers, issue strict production procedures in each department... Thereby, contributing to improving working conditions and ensuring the health of workers, minimizing occupational accidents.
