To use the offers, customers just need to go to Grab's "Offers" section to select a voucher from SHB. Each user account will receive a maximum of 01 offer code/day/service, a maximum of 05 codes/month/service, thereby increasing the opportunity to enjoy the conveniences in life. The offer code will only be displayed when there are still uses.

In particular, for customers who own international credit cards, SHB also offers a series of other practical incentives. Specifically, on double days of the month such as 05/05, 06/06 or 12/12..., all credit card holders will be refunded 200,000 VND for spending bills from 1 million VND. Each customer will receive a maximum of 1 incentive/day and it will be applied to the first 200 eligible transactions earliest in the day.

On weekends from Friday to Sunday, SHB Visa Platinum/Visa Platinum Star cardholders will receive a maximum refund of VND 200,000 if their food , travel, and hotel bills are worth VND 500,000 or more. Each customer will receive a maximum of 1 offer/week and no more than VND 600,000/statement period.
