My Ly people burst into joy receiving relief goods from helicopters

At around 2:00 p.m. on July 24, with no landing site, a Ministry of Defense helicopter dropped relief supplies, and the "4 on-site" forces and My Ly people burst into joy to receive timely support from the Central Government.
