He visited and presented gifts to two Dien Bien soldiers, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vuong, group 13 and Mr. Phan Doan Liep, group 14, Minh Xuan ward (Tuyen Quang city). Comrade Van Dinh Thao expressed his respect and gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the Dien Bien soldiers who directly participated in the resistance war against the French, contributing to the historic Dien Bien Phu victory that resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world.
