Comrade Vân Đình Thảo, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, visited and presented gifts to Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Vượng, residing in Group 13, Minh Xuân Ward ( Tuyên Quang City).

Comrade Van Dinh Thao visited and presented gifts to two Dien Bien Phu veterans, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Vuong from Group 13 and Mr. Phan Doan Liep from Group 14, Minh Xuan Ward (Tuyen Quang City). Comrade Van Dinh Thao expressed his respect and gratitude for the immense contributions and sacrifices of the Dien Bien Phu veterans who directly participated in the resistance war against the French, contributing to the historic Dien Bien Phu victory that resonated throughout the world.

Comrade Vân Đình Thảo, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, visited and presented gifts to Điện Biên veteran Phan Doãn Liệp, residing in Group 14, Minh Xuân Ward (Tuyên Quang City).

The comrade wished the Dien Bien soldiers to continue upholding the revolutionary tradition and contributing their intellect and efforts to building a more developed province.
