According to regulations effective January 1, 2026, 100% of business households currently applying the lump-sum tax method will have to switch to the tax declaration method. To support these businesses, from November 10th to December 25th, the City Tax Department implemented a "45-day intensive plan to convert from lump-sum tax to tax declaration for business households" citywide, with the support of solution providers, banks, and others.

The conference focused on advising and introducing digital solutions and modern financial services to support business households in transforming their tax management models. The organizers also addressed business households' concerns related to invoicing for inventory, solutions for transparent cash flow, errors in tax declarations and settlements, and support policies for digital solutions from solution providers and banks.
