Price increase nationwide

Pig prices today, December 4, 2024, increased simultaneously in localities in 3 regions, Kien Giang province still maintains the highest price in the country.

Northern region

The price of live pigs today (December 4, 2024) in the Northern region recorded a simultaneous increase of 1,000 VND/kg in 6 localities such as Bac Giang, Yen Bai, Nam Dinh , Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc and Hanoi.

Thus, the entire Northern region purchased live pigs at around 61,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Of which, Bac Giang and Hanoi, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Phu Tho and Thai Binh reached the price of 63,000 VND/kg. Meanwhile, Yen Bai , Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam and Nam Dinh provinces had the same price of live pigs at 62,000 VND/kg.

Central Highlands region

Similarly, the price of live pigs today (December 4, 2024) in the Central Highlands region recorded a price adjustment in the two provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh, both increasing by VND 1,000/kg.

Currently, the price of live pigs in the Central Highlands is fluctuating from 60,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong is currently the province recording the highest transaction price in the region, reaching 63,000 VND/kg.

Southern region

Similar to the two above-mentioned regions, the price of live pigs in the Southern region today (December 4, 2024) recorded price fluctuations in the two provinces of Binh Duong and An Giang, both increasing by 1,000 VND/kg, bringing the price of live pigs to 63,000 VND/kg.

Currently, the price of live pigs in this area fluctuates from 61,000 - 63,000 VND/kg. Of which, Kien Giang still maintains the highest price in the country, with the price reaching 64,000 VND/kg.
