According to Director of the Department of Science and Technology Ta Quang Truong, people can participate in the Digital Popular Education at binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn. This is a platform deployed, managed and operated by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with the University of Science and Technology. Learners must log in and authenticate with a VNeID account.
According to the developer, the binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn platform can accommodate 400,000 learners at the same time. The platform has 3,000 courses, allowing the creation of individual learning programs. The platform integrates tools to track learning progress, assess seriousness, AI-supervised testing features, and supports the management and training process, from registration to assessment and certification.
Deputy Head of the Standing Committee Duong Minh Dung suggested that the members of the Steering Committee join hands to launch the Digital Popularization Movement and commit to being a pioneer, exemplary, proactive in learning, improving knowledge and skills in applying digital technology to meet the requirements of innovation. At the same time, pioneer and take the lead in organizing, guiding and effectively implementing the activities of the Digital Popularization Movement at agencies and units; mobilize all resources to create learning conditions for civil servants and employees at the unit.
Deputy Head of the Standing Committee Duong Minh Dung also requested the members of the Steering Committee to direct the full, timely and quality implementation of tasks in the Digital Education Movement; regularly inspect, evaluate and improve implementation methods to ensure practical effectiveness.

According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Duong Minh Dung, Dong Nai is one of the leading localities in the country in socio-economic development. Therefore, the Digital Literacy Movement needs to be implemented strongly, synchronously, substantially and sustainably - from urban to rural areas, from offices to schools, from businesses to households. Implementing Digital Literacy is a great opportunity to create a strong change in digital awareness and capacity among the entire population. This is not only the task of the government, but also the responsibility and right of each citizen.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee called on every cadre, civil servant, citizen, business... to act together so that "every citizen is a digital citizen", so that Dong Nai is not only a developed industrial province but also a bright spot in the journey of building a digital society.
