According to observations, crowds of people flocked to the Hung Temple historical site from early morning. Authorities set up soft barriers in the courtyard of the Public House to regulate and guide people's movement to the temples, ensuring security, order, and safety for visitors.
According to statistics from the Hung Kings Commemoration Day Organizing Committee, nearly 20,000 visitors came to Hung Temple on April 6th (the 9th day of the 3rd lunar month). Despite the large number of people and vehicles, the Phu Tho Provincial Police flexibly managed traffic flow and arranged parking areas, ensuring traffic safety and order.
It is known that the Hung Kings Commemoration Day and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week in 2025 will take place from March 29th to April 7th, 2025 (corresponding to the 1st to 10th day of the 3rd lunar month), with many rich cultural and artistic activities, attracting a large number of people and tourists.
Despite the rain, tens of thousands of people still flocked to the Hung Temple historical site in Phu Tho province from early morning on April 6th for pilgrimage.
Leading the procession was an honor guard carrying the red flag with a yellow star, ceremonial banners, and wreaths bearing the inscription "Forever grateful to the Hung Kings for their contributions to nation-building."
