DNO - Tens of thousands of tourists eagerly flocked to the Han River before the final night of DIFF 2025 to await the moment when fireworks would light up the Da Nang sky.

With the allure of the final night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025, from the afternoon of July 12th, a large number of locals, domestic and international tourists gathered on sidewalks, in cafes, hotels along the Han River, and in the viewing areas to watch the fireworks display.

With the theme "Welcoming a New Era," the highlight of the final night is the promising competition between the Z121 Vina Pyrotech fireworks team (Vietnam) and Jiangxi Yangfeng (China). Both teams will share a contemporary message: the aspiration for peace , development, and connection between nations.

Alongside the fireworks display, there was an elaborately staged artistic program featuring singers My Tam and Tung Duong, as well as many other renowned artists and dance troupes.

The performances celebrated the beauty of Da Nang - the city of fireworks, conveying a message about a new Da Nang undergoing a powerful transformation in its 50-year journey of integration and development, aiming towards the "Era of National Resurgence" in the context of the recent merger of Da Nang city and Quang Nam province.

According to statistics from the city's tourism industry, in the day before the DIFF 2025 final night, Da Nang welcomed a record number of flights and hotel occupancy across the city reached nearly 100%.

Yesterday (July 11th), there were 171 flights to Da Nang, a 14% increase compared to the estimated average frequency for July 2025 and a 40% increase compared to the first six months of 2025.

The number of tourists served by accommodation establishments in Da Nang during this period reached approximately 98,000, an increase of 6.4% compared to the same period in 2024. Hotels in the coastal area and city center were almost fully booked, with occupancy rates close to 100%.
