(Dan Tri Newspaper) - In stark contrast to the afternoon atmosphere, the opening night of the Sam Son beach tourism season attracted tens of thousands of visitors. Many even arrived before the ceremony, spreading out mats to wait and watch the spectacular fireworks display.

On the evening of April 26th, tens of thousands of locals and tourists flocked to Sam Son beach square to attend the opening night of the Sam Son Tourism Festival 2025, themed "Aspiration to Shine".

Outside the viewing platform, a large crowd of locals and tourists stood watching the cultural performance, waiting for the low-altitude fireworks display.

Due to the large crowds, many tourists rented mats to sit, drink, rest, and wait to watch the fireworks. This scene was a complete contrast to the atmosphere at the beach earlier that afternoon.

"Because we had to wait for our child to come home from school, my husband and I arrived in Sam Son later than usual this year. To make it easier while waiting to watch the fireworks, we bought food in advance and rented mats to sit on outside the viewing area," shared Ms. Vu Thi Hoa, a tourist from Thanh Hoa city.

At 9:30 PM, the fireworks display officially commenced, much to the delight of tens of thousands of visitors. According to the organizers, this year's fireworks display consisted of 120 low-altitude fireworks displays, lasting 15 minutes (Photo: Provided by the organizers).
