One of the prominent activities in response to the movement is a training course on digital transformation skills and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in propaganda work for the heads of the Fatherland Front Committees in the villages of the commune.

Here, trainees are guided on using AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support the creation of promotional content on social media platforms such as Zalo and Facebook; they also learn how to design and create visual communication materials for grassroots-level propaganda work.

As the person directly involved in training and disseminating information about digital transformation, Chu Hong Minh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dan Hoa commune and Secretary of the Youth Union of Dan Hoa commune, said that the training course was organized to equip participants with knowledge and skills in applying digital technology and AI to propaganda and information management, thereby improving the effectiveness of grassroots officials.

"This is a practical activity that contributes to promoting digital transformation in the community, enhancing digital capacity for grassroots officials, and meeting the requirements of tasks in the new phase," Minh shared.

Not only are they accompanying village officials in the digital transformation process, but the youth union members of Dan Hoa commune are also actively participating in the Public Administration Task Force, supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures online. At the Public Administrative Service Center and village cultural centers, the youth union members in their green volunteer uniforms have diligently guided people in using digital platforms, submitting applications online, and looking up administrative information.

Many village officials participating in the training course said that access to AI tools has made their communication work more convenient and effective. The skills acquired not only support daily tasks but also open up new ways of working, in line with the requirements of digital transformation at the grassroots level.

In addition, youth union members in the commune actively participate in training courses on information technology applications, coordinate with local authorities to implement many tasks related to digital transformation, contributing to building a digital government, digital society, and digital citizens right from the grassroots level.

Creating momentum for digital transformation

From digital skills training classes to activities assisting people with administrative procedures, the youth of Dan Hoa are gradually bringing digital technology closer to officials and citizens. Ms. Le Thi Nham, Head of the Front Committee of Ngo Dong village, said that previously, creating propaganda content on digital platforms often took a lot of time because she had to search for information and design images herself. After the training session, she learned how to use AI tools to support content creation, compile propaganda messages, and create illustrations suitable for each activity.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a resident of Dan Hoa commune, said that the guidance from youth union members on online administrative procedures has significantly saved him travel time and helped him complete his applications faster. “Previously, I was confused about using my phone to complete online procedures. Thanks to the dedicated guidance from the youth union members, I now know how to submit applications and check results directly on my phone,” Mr. Hung shared.
