133 projects put into operation

Currently, Ham Thuan Nam district has 222 investment projects with valid investment licenses, of which 133 projects have been put into operation; 25 projects are under construction; 10 projects are behind schedule; and 54 projects have not been implemented.

The district has coordinated with provincial departments to inspect and review the progress of investment projects in the district. Thereby, it has agreed with the proposal of provincial departments to revoke a number of projects that have not been implemented or are slow to implement according to regulations.

In addition, among the 4 new projects in 2023 under the provincial budget assigned to the district as the investor, up to now, 2 projects are under construction, which are the project to solidify the road at the suspension bridge intersection to Dinh Chua Cau, Tan Thuan commune and Ham Kiem Secondary School (classroom and subject block). 2 projects are being organized for bidding, which are the project to upgrade and expand Phu Phong - Ham My road to Muong Man and the project to solidify the remaining inter-village road of Ham Minh commune. The district has focused on and resolutely directed the acceleration of public investment disbursement progress. Up to now, the province's concentrated budget disbursement is 12,750 million VND/21,143 million VND, reaching 60.3%; the province's lottery capital disbursement is 25,461 million VND/30,245 million VND, reaching 84.1%.
