Construction, digging, and road cutting work will be suspended on all streets from January 14th to February 3rd (the 5th day of the first lunar month). In exceptional cases, approval must be obtained from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong City.
Investors and construction units are focusing on restoring the excavated road surface; painting road markings and cleaning up the construction area, completing the work no later than January 24th to serve the public in preparation for Tet (Lunar New Year).
The People's Committees of communes and wards will organize a concentrated campaign to inspect, rectify, detect, and promptly handle cases of encroachment on roads and sidewalks for business purposes. They will inspect, review, and remove billboards, posters, slogans, national flags, etc., that have expired, have outdated or inappropriate content, or are old and torn, causing urban blight. They will resolutely remove, dismantle, and strictly handle commercial advertisements that violate regulations and those that detract from urban aesthetics.
