To ensure traffic order and environmental sanitation during the Lunar New Year 2025, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City has requested investors and construction units to take measures to clean up construction materials and waste, cover and prevent dust from construction works, and not affect neighboring areas.

Stop construction, digging, and cutting of roads on all streets from January 14 to February 3 (January 5). In special cases, the opinion of the Chairman of Hai Duong City People's Committee must be sought.
