In the northern region, the price of live pigs today, August 24, 2024, remained stable compared to yesterday, trading in the range of 64,000 – 66,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, traders in Ha Nam, Thai Binh, Hanoi , Bac Giang, and Hung Yen are all buying live pigs at 66,000 VND/kg, which is recorded as the highest price in the region.
Conversely, traders in Lao Cai and Ninh Binh are buying live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, which is the lowest price in the region.

In this area, today's live pig prices remained stable, fluctuating between 61,000 and 65,000 VND/kg.

Higher prices are found in the provinces of Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak , and Ninh Thuan, at 62,000 VND/kg.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 63,000 – 64,000 VND/kg.

In the southern region, today's live pig prices remained stable compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 62,000 and 64,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, traders in Vung Tau, An Giang, Ca Mau, and Can Tho are all buying live pigs at 64,000 VND/kg, which is the highest selling price in the region.
Conversely, traders in Binh Phuoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Tien Giang, Bac Lieu, Tra Vinh, and Ben Tre are all buying live pigs at 62,000 VND/kg, which is recorded as the lowest price in the region.
The remaining localities recorded live pig prices at 63,000 VND/kg.
Overall, pork prices remained stable across the region today. Currently, surveyed prices in various provinces and cities range from 61,000 to 66,000 VND/kg.
