The Hanoi Stock Exchange has just announced the first trading day for shares of F88 Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: F88). Specifically, these shares will officially be traded on the UPCoM market from August 8th.
The number of shares registered for trading is 8.26 million shares with a par value of VND 10,000 per share. The document also states that the reference price on the first trading day is set at VND 634,900 per share, equivalent to a market capitalization of VND 5,244 billion.

In terms of business results, the company recorded revenue of VND 1,744 billion, a 30% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Of this, the mortgage lending segment contributed VND 1,521 billion, a 28% increase. Revenue from insurance business reached VND 199.6 billion, a 45% increase compared to the same period last year. Revenue from other sources reached VND 6 billion, a 360% increase.
As of June 30th, F88's total outstanding principal loan balance reached VND 5,543 billion, a 45.1% increase compared to the beginning of the year. Of this, nearly 80% of the total loan balance was generated by direct business operations, and the remainder through cooperation between F88 and third parties.
On July 28, the company announced that Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun had joined as an independent member of the Board of Directors. He is the CEO of NTL – one of the three largest title lending companies in Thailand. In 2021, the company successfully listed on the SET stock exchange after a $1.2 billion IPO.
This businessman has held the position of CEO of NTL since 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and Founding Member of the Thai Motor Vehicle Mortgage Lenders Association, Non-Executive Director at Hattha Kaksekar Finance Company, and Director at Krungsri Auto and Ayudhya Capital Services.
