FIS Orientation Day 2024 - HANU welcomes new students.

(NADS) - Orientation Day at FIS, organized by the Executive Committee of the Student Union and Student Association of the Faculty of International Studies (FIS) at Hanoi University, is an event to welcome new students. Every year, this event attracts hundreds of enthusiastic young people who register to participate, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

Students from the Faculty of International Studies, new FIS students, get acquainted with their new environment during FIS Orientation Day.

At Orientation Day, new students have the opportunity to meet and interact with faculty members and listen to experiences shared by senior students. The seminars and Q&A sessions helped new students gain a more comprehensive and clearer understanding of the learning environment at the faculty.

The program also offers a range of incredibly attractive and interesting extracurricular activities. Team building sessions, cultural performances... all are meticulously prepared by the organizing committee to create opportunities for students to get acquainted, connect, and build strong relationships.

Students will meet new companions and together explore the vast world of International Studies. Through vibrant and meaningful activities, the program will help them better understand themselves, discover their hidden potential, and build lasting relationships.

The FIS Express, departing from the International Studies Station, will accompany students throughout their four-year university journey. Each ticket represents a new destination, a new leg of the journey, and a new challenge.

This event is inspired by the popular animated film "The Polar Express," adapted from the book of the same name by author Chris Van Allsburg. During this "journey on the train," everyone will share memorable moments together.

Through each memorable stop on the event, during their four-year university journey, students will gain experiences, make discoveries , and create their own unique mark. From these experiences, students accumulate more knowledge, hone their skills, and confidently forge their own paths, following the directions they choose.
