FPT Japan wins best workplace title

NDO - Recently, in Japan, FPT won the title of Best Workplace at the D&I Awards 2024 in its first participation.

The D&I Award (Diversity & Inclusion Award) is one of the most prestigious awards in Japan, honoring companies that focus on developing diversity and inclusion.

The awards cover 100 criteria across five key areas: gender, LGBTQ+, disability, multicultural communities, and child/elder care. Based on the results of the assessment, companies receive certification at one of four levels.
