Nearly 1,500 people experienced emotional moments in the program "Creating a new life - The road to happiness" with psychologist Nguyen Thi Lanh.
This is a program organized by Minh Tri Thanh Academy - a pioneer in the field of training and coaching for thinking development in Vietnam, taking place in Hanoi on March 30 and 31, 2024. The program aims to help students understand themselves, connect with themselves, heal relationships, thereby finding the "way to happiness" to "create a new life".
From 6am on March 30, check-in was carried out and by 8am, the entire hall was covered in orange and white shirts. Participants came from all over the country, many of whom came from faraway provinces such as Kien Giang, Ninh Thuan , Binh Phuoc... In particular, there were people who traveled thousands of kilometers, returning from abroad to participate in the event.
Ms. Pham Kim Thoa ( Tay Ninh ) said that this was the first time she participated in such a large-scale program. Due to the distance, she was in Hanoi the day before the event. Coming to the hall early in the morning, she saw a lot of people, met directly with experts from Minh Tri Thanh Academy and "classmates" whom she had only known through Zoom, she was extremely moved.
Mrs. Thoa (far left) and her sisters excitedly participated in the event.
Ms. Thoa has known psychologist Nguyen Thi Lanh for 3 years. "Her lectures on healing, connecting, and creating have "enlightened" me on the path to mending my relationship with my daughter. Finding it useful, I also invited my 3 sisters to join the Zoom sessions to listen to Ms. Lanh share. Today, the 4 of us sisters, although living in different provinces, have gathered here, I am truly happy," she shared.
The atmosphere in the hall became hotter when expert Nguyen Thi Lanh appeared on stage, "decoding" the reason why each person became the current version.
According to Ms. Lanh, each person is born as a separate entity, possessing completely different personalities, potentials, and qualities. Therefore, each person will have a different life to fully exploit what they possess and move towards a more perfect, superior version.
However, most people often lose themselves, doubt themselves, think they have no outstanding talent, constantly compare themselves with talented people around them. From there, they begin to nurture jealousy, envy, comparison, and no longer feel happy.
"In reality, everyone has strengths and talents that only they understand best. Therefore, what we need to do is learn to understand ourselves to love ourselves again. True happiness does not need to be sought outside, but is always available within us. Loving and cherishing ourselves is the way to happiness," said Ms. Lanh.
Psychologist Nguyen Thi Lanh
Throughout the event, psychologist Nguyen Thi Lanh and the Academy's team of experts guided students in practicing methods to understand themselves, release negative emotions, remove limiting beliefs, heal relationships with themselves and those around them...
Many students found the "way to happiness" when participating in the event. Ms. Lam Thi Ngan Ha (Phu Quoc, Kien Giang) shared: "I used to have financial difficulties, could not control my emotions, so I vented all my sadness and frustration on my husband and children. Luckily, Ms. Lanh's lectures made me wake up, realize that all the problems that came to me were due to me, due to my own wrong communication, and blaming. Participating in the program, I felt more relieved because I understood myself better, knew what I needed to do to have inner peace and solve problems in life."
Students were filled with happy emotions at the program.
Mr. Nguyen Van Luong (General Director of Minh Tri Thanh Academy) said that the event "Creating a new life - The road to happiness" was designed specifically for students who have participated in Minh Tri Thanh's "Creating" programs. Previously, most students only knew each other through online Zoom. In this event, students had the opportunity to meet and receive direct guidance on healing methods from a team of experts.
"We are very happy that the program has received the attention of many students. The success of the program is a testament to the need to find happiness and healing solutions in modern life. We hope to continue to organize more meaningful programs in the future, contributing to spreading the message of happiness and creating positive values for the community," he said.
