The delivery of breeding pigs and animal feed was organized simultaneously at the facility, ensuring convenience, transparency, and openness.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Pham Kim Dang, Deputy Director of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, emphasized that in order for support resources to be effective in the long term, specialized units need to strengthen technical guidance on animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, and disease prevention and control, helping people to effectively use support resources and quickly stabilize and develop production.

He argued that support resources are the initial means of production for people to build their livelihoods. “Livestock farming is a technical economic sector, requiring people to master the process, adhere to techniques, and prevent and control diseases to ensure efficiency. At the same time, people need to calculate product output, target suitable markets, and manage their own finances to increase income. This requires the support of local authorities, the agricultural extension system, and specialized livestock and veterinary staff,” Mr. Dang emphasized.
Representatives from the two communes of Truong Ha and Ha Quang affirmed that the support resources are of practical significance, not only helping people stabilize their housing and develop production in the short term but also creating a long-term foundation for sustainable poverty reduction. The local authorities will continue to closely coordinate with relevant units, monitor and supervise the implementation process, ensuring that the resources are used for the right purpose, for the right beneficiaries, and effectively.
Representatives of the people of Truong Ha and Ha Quang communes expressed their gratitude for the attention from all levels of government, agencies, and businesses. Many households said that the timely support in housing, livestock, animal feed, and technical supplies has given them added motivation to work and produce with peace of mind, gradually improving their lives.
