Placing signs at the headquarters of provincial departments, branches and sectors to welcome the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Le Hai Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Be Thanh Tinh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vu Dinh Quang, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, armed forces units of the province and project construction units.

The Project of the Headquarters of the provincial departments, agencies and branches is a new construction project of group B, a grade I project with a scale of 9 floors above ground, 1 basement, 1 attic; total floor area of 43,185m², building height of 40.25m. Technical infrastructure outside the house includes: guard house, internal road system, parking lot, landscape trees, lighting...

The project is invested synchronously, modernly with interior equipment to meet the working requirements of administrative agencies. Total investment is 720 billion VND, construction started on December 30, 2022, completed on April 16, 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa affirmed that the project is an important milestone in the process of administrative modernization, demonstrating the aspirations of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in the province to rise up in the new era. Acknowledging and praising the efforts of the Project Management Board, construction units, consultants and supervisors who have contributed to completing the project on schedule and ensuring quality.

From this modern infrastructure foundation, we request that departments, branches and sectors uphold their sense of responsibility, improve their capacity, build a transparent, effective and people-friendly administration, contributing to the successful implementation of development goals, and building Cao Bang province to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
