Wholeheartedly dedicated to the poor.
When mentioning the work of the Fatherland Front in Long Binh hamlet, Long Chu commune ( Tay Ninh province), many people express affection and respect for Ms. Le Thi Hue (born in 1964), Head of the Fatherland Front Committee of the hamlet.
Having worked at the grassroots level for many years, Ms. Hue understands the circumstances of each household in the hamlet. This close relationship helps her to more easily disseminate information and encourage people to participate in local socio -economic development movements and programs.
One of the outstanding achievements during her work to date is her collaboration with various organizations and the Hamlet Development Board in mobilizing residents to relocate their structures and hand over the land for the construction of two roads under the New Rural Development Program of the former Ben Cau district, with a total value of over 5 billion VND raised. Thanks to her perseverance and skillful persuasion, all households agreed with the local government's plan.
Not stopping there, she also spearheaded the "Lighting Up Rural Roads" project worth 100 million VND; organized the clearing of weeds and grass, environmental sanitation, and planted 300 cassia trees along a 500m stretch of road, contributing to making the rural landscape increasingly neat and beautiful.
In social welfare work, Ms. Hue actively encouraged people to participate in health insurance, contributing to raising the local health insurance coverage rate to 95%. She also paid special attention to building a cultured way of life, encouraging families to meet the criteria. As a result, 147 out of 150 households achieved the title of "Cultured Family".
What makes the people respect her, besides the results she achieved in her advocacy work, is her compassionate heart that always focuses on those in difficult circumstances. Whenever someone in the hamlet is sick, in trouble, or facing unexpected difficulties, she is always there to encourage and support them. In many urgent cases, she readily uses her own money to help people cover medical treatment costs.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh, a resident of Long Binh hamlet, shared: “Ms. Hue has helped the people a lot. She often asks for gifts to give to the poor. Everyone here loves her and hopes she will continue to be involved in this work to help people.”
Sharing the same sentiment, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung (a local resident) said: "Ms. Hue is very concerned about the poor and the elderly living alone. Whenever she receives gifts or support, she always brings them back for those in need."
Sharing her motivation for staying committed to her work, Ms. Le Thi Hue confided: “My heartfelt wish is to contribute to helping people overcome poverty and have a better life. I do this with sincerity and a sense of responsibility. Seeing the people in the hamlet becoming more stable in their lives, with temporary houses gradually being replaced by sturdy ones, is the greatest joy for me.”

Efforts for local development
In Thuan Tam hamlet, Ben Cau commune, Mr. Ngo Phan Truong (born in 1968), Head of the Hamlet's Front Committee, has, over the years, worked with the Hamlet's Front Committee to implement many community projects, contributing to changing the local landscape.
Recognizing that the Xóm Dầu cemetery area posed a potential risk of social problems, Mr. Trường mobilized residents and philanthropists to jointly construct a 200-meter-long gravel road at a cost of 45 million VND; install three water tanks to serve residents 24/7 at a total value of over 169 million VND; and install a lighting system in the cemetery and key roads at a cost of 14 million VND. As a result, the Xóm Dầu cemetery area is now more spacious and clean, residents can travel more easily, and security and order are ensured .

In addition, Mr. Truong actively campaigned for the construction of national flag-lined roads, presented gifts to young people enlisting in the army, and mobilized over 1,700 kg of rice to support policy beneficiary families, poor households, and disadvantaged households.
In particular, he also coordinated the construction and handover of two "Great Solidarity" houses to disadvantaged households, with a total value of 170 million VND.

Mr. Ngo Phan Truong believes that, to do the work of the Fatherland Front well, the most important thing is to promote the spirit of unity among the people: "We must unite and be in agreement with member organizations, creating consensus among the people. When the people understand and trust, all policies and guidelines will be implemented more smoothly."
Mr. Tran Quoc Thang, a resident of Thuan Tam hamlet, commented: "Mr. Truong is always close to the people, understands them, and cares about the difficult circumstances in the locality. He tries his best to help the people in any way he can, so the people in the hamlet really like him."
From illuminated roads and newly built solidarity houses to shared gifts for the needy, all bear the mark of dedicated grassroots Front cadres. These "pioneers" have been and continue to contribute to the transformation and sustainable development of residential areas.
