Strengthening friendship between youth of Chungcheongnam province (Korea) and Tay Ninh province (Vietnam)

On the afternoon of July 20, 2025, the Vietnam - Korea Volunteer and Cultural Exchange Program 2025 officially closed. This is an event to strengthen the friendship between the two countries, especially between the young generation of Chungcheongnam Province (Korea) and the young people of Tay Ninh Province. Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Doan Trung Kien. On the side of Chungcheongnam Province, there was Ms. YU ESDEO - Deputy Head of Youth Affairs Department, Chungcheongnam Provincial Social Service Institute.

Awarding certificates to students

The program was organized by the Standing Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Chungchenongnam Provincial Social Service Institute from July 15 to July 20 in Tay Ninh province. During the event, volunteers together carried out many diverse activities such as decorating classrooms, gardening, planting trees, building friendship benches and friendship flower gardens. In addition, young people also had the opportunity to visit and learn about the Vam Nhut Tao Historical Site, the Monument Park, as well as cultural and culinary exchanges by making traditional dishes of both countries together. These activities not only help students gain more knowledge about the cultural traditions, customs and practices of Vietnam and Korea, but also foster the value of love, sharing, bringing joy to the community and society.

Deputy Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union - Pham Van Hau hopes that the success of this year's activities will be an important premise for Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union and Chungcheongnam Provincial Social Service Institute to continue to coordinate to organize more practical and meaningful activities in the future. This is to strengthen the friendly and cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Korea in general, and between the people and youth of Tay Ninh and Chungcheongnam provinces in particular.
