Attendees included: Phan Van Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Vu Hong Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Duong Mac Kien, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Be Dang Khoa, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and Chairman of the Provincial Confederation of Labor; and representatives from various departments, agencies, and grassroots trade unions.

Currently, the province has over 38,000 workers, civil servants, and laborers, with the rate of trained workers reaching approximately 65%. Of these, there are 552 craftsmen and technical workers, and 237 skilled workers with a skill level equivalent to level 3/7 or higher.
Over the years, the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" movement, linked to studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, has been widely implemented by all levels of the provincial trade union. It is no longer just a slogan but has become a part of daily life, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate. 386 exemplary collectives and 1,562 exemplary individuals have been recognized and rewarded by the trade unions at all levels.
From 2020 to the present, over 6,000 scientific projects, initiatives, and technical improvements have been applied in practice, contributing to cost savings, increased labor productivity, improved working conditions, and ensured occupational safety. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has awarded 16 Creative Labor Certificates to these projects.

The provincial trade union has implemented many practical activities to take care of the lives of workers. Over 29,000 Union members and workers received support totaling over 14 billion VND; 297 "Trade Union Shelters" were built or renovated with over 9 billion VND; thousands of workers received free health check-ups, legal advice, and timely support during difficult times…
Comrade Phan Van Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, commended, acknowledged, and congratulated the skilled craftsmen and technicians for their efforts in studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh. He requested that the trade unions at all levels in Cao Bang province continue to promote patriotic emulation movements associated with studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; focusing on identifying, nurturing, and replicating advanced models and examples of creative labor. He also urged attention to training and improving the skills, professional expertise, and digital skills of workers to meet the requirements of digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Continue to effectively fulfill the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; promptly understand their thoughts and aspirations to coordinate in resolving issues related to employment, income, working conditions, and social security. At the same time, build a modern workforce with high professional skills, political acumen, industrial work ethic, and a spirit of dedication.
Timely commendation and rewarding of outstanding collectives and individuals in labor, production, and trade union activities. Encouraging union members and workers to promote a sense of responsibility, creativity, and actively learn and apply new science and technology. In particular, skilled artisans and craftsmen should continue to play a role in passing on their skills and inspiring the younger generation, contributing to preserving traditional crafts and promoting innovation.
Comrade Vu Hong Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, requested that trade unions at all levels continue to promote their role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; strengthen patriotic emulation movements associated with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; and focus on identifying and replicating advanced models, good practices, and effective methods in labor and production.

Businesses, agencies, and units should continue to focus on improving the living conditions and working environment, and providing skills training for workers; creating a favorable environment to foster initiatives, innovation, and long-term commitment. At the same time, it is hoped that union members, workers, and employees will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, diligence, creativity, proactively access science and technology, actively participate in labor and production emulation, and contribute to building Cao Bang province into a rapidly developing, sustainable, and distinctive province.
At the program, the Provincial Labor Union commended 36 individuals, including outstanding union members, workers, and artisans from businesses and units in the province, who possess high skills, numerous innovative ideas, and actively contribute to production, thereby improving productivity, quality, and efficiency, and promoting the emulation movement of excellent and creative labor at the grassroots level.

Through this program, the Provincial Labor Union continues to affirm its role in accompanying union members and workers; promptly encouraging and recognizing the contributions of workers, artisans, and skilled craftsmen in the socio-economic development of the province; and at the same time, spreading the spirit of creative labor, responsibility, and the aspiration to contribute among the workforce throughout the province.
