Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is purchased at 115,500 VND/kg, coffee price in Lam Dong is 114,500 VND/kg and coffee price in Gia Lai is 115,300 VND/kg.

Thus, after many sharp declines, this morning, domestic coffee prices increased again. Specifically, coffee prices in Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Lam Dong all increased from 2,300 to 2,500 VND/kg.

According to experts, this price increase trend is likely to continue in the coming time. However, the increase is not expected to be too dramatic, because September and October are the off-season. This is the time when the amount of coffee left in storage is not much, while the new crop has not yet been harvested, leading to a lower supply to the market than usual. However, this positive signal is still an important driving force, helping farmers to have the best preparation for the upcoming crop.

Specifically, today's pepper price in Gia Lai province is stable compared to yesterday, purchased by traders at 150,000 VND/kg. In Dong Nai , pepper is purchased at 151,000 VND/kg.

Pepper prices in Ho Chi Minh City recorded an increase of VND1,000/kg, bringing the purchasing price here to VND152,000/kg.

Pepper prices in Dak Lak and Lam Dong were recorded at 153,000 VND/kg. These are the two provinces with the highest purchasing prices in the country.

Meanwhile, the Vietnamese pepper export market is stable compared to yesterday's session. Currently, the export price of Vietnamese black pepper 500g/l is at 6,240 USD/ton; 550g/l is at 6,370 USD/ton and the price of white pepper is at 9,150 USD/ton.

The domestic pepper market is bustling with high prices, bringing positive signals to farmers. According to the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association (VPSA), pepper prices are currently fluctuating around 152,000 - 153,000 VND/kg, a significant increase compared to 142,000 - 143,000 VND/kg at the end of August. Despite a few slight adjustments, pepper prices remain high, even reaching a peak of 154,000 - 155,000 VND/kg.

The main reason for this price increase is that domestic supply is gradually depleted. The harvest ended in May and most farmers have sold. There is not much inventory left, while export enterprises still have to actively purchase to complete signed orders. This puts pressure on supply, pushing prices up.

* Today's rice prices in the Mekong Delta region fluctuated little. The market volume was small, and domestic rice prices were stable. In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices fell sharply.
