Coffee prices plummeted by 5,000 VND/kg at the end of the week.

(GLO) - On September 21st, domestic coffee prices plummeted by 5,000 VND/kg compared to the previous day. The highest coffee purchase price during the weekend trading session was recorded in Lam Dong and Dak Lak provinces, at 111,500 VND/kg.

Trading at a slightly lower price, coffee in Gia Lai is currently priced at 111,200 VND/kg.

Similar to the domestic market, world coffee prices also continued to fall. Accordingly, on the London exchange, the price of Robusta coffee for September 2025 delivery reached 4,353 USD/ton, down 6.69% (312 USD/ton); for November 2025 delivery, it decreased by 7.02% (312 USD/ton), to 4,153 USD/ton.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee futures for December 2025 delivery fell 4.07% (15.55 US cents/pound) to 365.3 US cents/pound; the March 2026 delivery contract fell 4.15% (15 US cents/pound) to 346.25 US cents/pound.

On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for September 2025 delivery fell by 4.74% (21.75 US cents/pound) to 436.6 US cents/pound; and for December 2025 delivery, it fell by 1.1% (4.85 US cents/pound) to 432.95 US cents/pound.
