Raw rice OM 380 is 8,200 - 8,300 VND/kg, CL 555 is 8,600 - 8,750 VND/kg, OM 5451 is 9,500 - 9,650 VND/kg, IR 504 is 8,400 - 8,600 VND/kg, OM 18 is 9,600 - 9,700 VND/kg.

Transactions in An Giang, Dong Thap, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Long An are quiet, end-of-season supply is low, traders buy sparingly. Rice and paddy prices are unchanged, in some places farmers keep prices high.

Export rice price today August 11

Vietnam's rice export prices remain stable: 5% broken rice at 395 USD/ton, 25% broken rice at 371 USD/ton, 100% broken rice at 339 USD/ton, higher than Thailand's (372.5 USD/ton). Global supply surplus, India's increased exports, and the Philippines' temporary suspension of imports until October put downward pressure on prices.
