The Inter-commune Tax Management Team No. 1 of the City Tax Department is currently managing over 1,400 business households that are required to install electronic tax collection applications, with nearly 800 households in Hoang Van Thu Ward alone. Among these, there are currently many people who do not use smart devices, or have them but are not proficient.
Ms. Ta Thi Thai, Deputy Head of the Inter-commune Tax Management Team No. 1, Thai Nguyen City Tax Department said: "To deploy this application, first of all, we have promoted the convenience of this application. First, we have to synchronize all our business addresses with the registered business address, second, we have to update our citizen identification and identification. If our identification is complete, the operation will be very convenient."
Although there are limitations for a certain group of people, however, the effectiveness of the Etex Mobile electronic tax collection application being deployed by the Tax Department brings great convenience to people, especially those who are proficient in Smartphones.

Currently, the whole Thai Nguyen city has over 10 thousand business households, of which over 6 thousand households have registered to pay taxes, which means they have to install the Etex Mobile electronic tax collection application. However, of these, 1,600 households, or 15%, have household heads over 60 years old. Approaching technology to adapt to the application is one of the biggest obstacles for the implementing unit.

One is getting information from people from other provinces coming to do business in the area, second is it is very difficult for the elderly when installing Etex Mobile, thirdly some business households have not supported, especially traditional markets, so getting information to serve the numbering table according to the direction of the province, the direction of the General Department of Taxation is still very difficult".
