Fuel prices were adjusted by the inter-ministerial committee from 3:00 PM this afternoon (June 26). E5RON92 gasoline increased by 280 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by 260 VND/liter; diesel increased by 550 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 490 VND/liter, while mazut decreased by 380 VND/liter compared to the previous adjustment (June 19).

New fuel prices have been announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, effective from 3:00 PM this afternoon (June 26). Accordingly, the price of E5RON92 gasoline will increase by another 280 VND/liter compared to the previous adjustment period, bringing the new selling price to 20,910 VND/liter. The price of RON95-III gasoline will not exceed 21,500 VND/liter, after being adjusted up by 260 VND/liter compared to the retail price from June 19.
Also from 3:00 PM on June 26th, the price of 0.05S diesel fuel will not exceed 19,700 VND/liter (an increase of 550 VND compared to the current retail price); the price of kerosene will not exceed 19,410 VND/liter (an increase of 490 VND/liter compared to the current retail price). During this price adjustment period, the price of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil decreased by 380 VND/liter compared to the previous period, with the new selling price being 17,260 VND/kg.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, the global oil market during this price adjustment period (June 19-26) was affected by factors such as: increased US crude oil reserves, new US tax policies introduced by the US President against many countries, conflicts between Iran and Israel, Russia and Ukraine causing a sharp increase in crude oil prices… The above factors have led to an increase in global oil prices in recent days.
The average price of refined petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period of June 19th and the adjustment period of June 26th was: 84.560 USD/barrel for RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline (an increase of 0.112 USD/barrel, equivalent to a 0.15% increase); 86.838 USD/barrel for RON95 gasoline (an increase of 0.190 USD/barrel, equivalent to a 0.22% increase); 93.208 USD/barrel for kerosene (an increase of 3.268 USD/barrel, equivalent to a 3.39% increase); 93.290 USD/barrel for 0.05S diesel oil (an increase of 4.836 USD/barrel, equivalent to a 4.93% increase); 489.698 USD/ton for 180CST 3.5S fuel oil (an increase of 5.800 USD/ton, equivalent to a 1.17% increase).
This is the 24th time in 2025 that petroleum product prices have been adjusted. Specifically, RON95 gasoline has seen 13 increases and 11 decreases, E5RON92 has seen 13 increases and 11 decreases, diesel fuel has seen 12 increases, 11 decreases, and 1 time with no change in price, and mazut has seen 14 increases and 10 decreases.
