2025 National Boxing Championship for Strong Teams: Army ranked first overall

After 5 days of exciting competition, the 2025 National Boxing Championship for Strong Teams closed on the evening of April 16 at the Provincial Sports Gymnasium.

According to the Organizing Committee, with the careful and thorough preparation of the clubs and the participation of many national athletes, the most prestigious tournament in the Vietnamese boxing community has very high professional quality and dramatic and fierce matches.

Units with strengths in this subject maintain their position and achieve many good results such as: Hanoi , Army, Ho Chi Minh City, Ninh Binh, Thai Nguyen.

The national athletes continued to maintain stable performance, defending the championship in their weight class. In addition, the host locality did a good job of coordination, professional and thoughtful organization, contributing to the success of the tournament.

At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded 54 sets of medals and certificates to the athletes who won first, second, and third place in each weight category; and awarded prizes to the entire male and female teams according to age groups 17-18 and 19-40.

Regarding the overall results, the Army unit ranked first with 11 Gold Medals, 5 Silver Medals, 3 Bronze Medals; Hanoi women ranked second (8 Gold Medals, 9 Silver Medals, 2 Bronze Medals); Ho Chi Minh City ranked third (5 Gold Medals, 10 Silver Medals, 2 Bronze Medals).
