Directors of 3 real estate companies arrested in Noi Bai

Dong Nai police said they have just coordinated with the Noi Bai International Airport Border Police Station ( Hanoi ) to execute an arrest warrant to temporarily detain Bui Vinh Tuan (38 years old, from Ha Tinh) to continue investigating the act of fraud and property appropriation.

According to the investigation of the police agency, Bui Vinh Tuan established and became the Director of Dai Tuan Phat Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, Dong Duong Group Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Boss Land Group Joint Stock Company. After that, Bui Vinh Tuan arbitrarily established illegal residential projects with the names: Cat Tuong, Dragon City, Sonata in Long Thanh district and Bien Hoa city, then defrauded many people into signing sales contracts and collected more than 80 billion VND.

Through investigation and verification, on April 23, Dong Nai Police coordinated with Noi Bai International Airport Border Police Station to arrest Bui Vinh Tuan.

After being arrested, that same night, Bui Vinh Tuan was transferred to Dong Nai Police to continue investigating and clarifying his fraudulent appropriation of property.
