Director of Hanoi Department of Finance receives new assignment

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai has just signed and issued Decision No. 961/QD-UBND on the establishment of a Working Group to appraise the results of self-assessment of thrift practice and waste prevention of agencies and units and plans to score the results of thrift practice and waste prevention in regular expenditure in 2023 of Hanoi City.

The Decision clearly states the establishment of a working group consisting of the following persons:

1. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Luu - Director of Department of Finance, team leader.

2. Mr. Mai Cong Quyen - Deputy Director of Department of Finance, Deputy Head of Team.

3. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lieu - Deputy Director of Department of Home Affairs, member.

4. Mr. Nguyen Trong Hoa - Deputy Chief Inspector of the City, member.

5. Mr. Dang Van Hien - Deputy Director of Hanoi State Treasury, member.

The working group is responsible for assisting the City People's Committee in organizing the appraisal of self-assessment of the results of thrift practice and waste prevention of agencies and units; Synthesizing and advising on self-assessment of the results of thrift practice and waste prevention in regular expenditures in 2023 of Hanoi City, as a basis for reporting to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision.

Synthesize and self-assess the results of practicing thrift and fighting waste in regular expenditures in 2023 of Hanoi City.

The specific tasks of the working group members are assigned by the working group leader. The working group leader decides to establish a support team in accordance with the law (if necessary).

Assign the Department of Finance, based on the appraisal results and expected scoring of the working group, to synthesize and advise on the report on the results of the assessment of thrift practice and anti-waste in regular expenditures together with the draft document of the City People's Committee on thrift practice and anti-waste in 2023 of Hanoi City to report to the Ministry of Finance according to regulations.

The working group is allowed to use the seal of the Department of Finance in performing its tasks and self-dissolve after completing its tasks.
