The Hyundai Tucson has always been highly regarded in the C-segment SUV market in Vietnam thanks to its modern and youthful design. The Tucson continues to enjoy customer trust and its sales remain stable.
According to information from dealerships, customers purchasing a Hyundai Tucson this July will receive a cash discount of up to 50 million VND per version. This is a significant discount aimed at stimulating the market and attracting customers amidst fierce competition from other models in the same segment.
With such a significant price reduction, the Tucson increases its competitiveness against the Mazda CX-5 and Honda CR-V, as these two models are also receiving substantial discounts at this time.
Note: The on-the-road price above does not include discounts ranging from 50-80 million VND depending on the version. For more details on specific promotions, customers should contact the authorized dealer directly.
The Hyundai Tucson boasts overall dimensions of 4,630 x 1,865 x 1,695 mm (length x width x height), a significant increase compared to the previous version. The wheelbase has also been extended to 2,755 mm, creating a more spacious and comfortable interior for passengers.
The first highlight is the new grille design, featuring a unique triangular shape with black-painted, jewel-like patterns inside. The modern full LED lighting system, with headlights integrated into the grille and only visible when the engine is started, gives the car a distinctive look.
The car's body is distinguished by sharp, angular embossed lines, creating a robust and dynamic feel. The 17-19 inch alloy wheels feature a new fan-shaped design, the electrically adjustable rearview mirrors integrate turn signals and heating, and the chrome door handles all contribute to a powerful overall look.
At the rear, the Hyundai Tucson is equipped with a pair of LED Parametric Jewel Hidden Lights, which not only enhance illumination but also add to its aesthetic appeal. The rear window has been redesigned with a hidden wiper integrated into the spoiler, completing its sharp, modern look.
The car is equipped with a uniquely designed four-spoke steering wheel, behind which is a modern 10.3-inch driver information display screen. The gear shifter is now a push-button type, similar to that on the Santa Fe model, adding to convenience and sophistication.
The central dashboard screen is designed vertically in a waterfall style, integrating all function buttons and positioned lower than the previous version, making it easier for the driver to operate. A small silver strip running parallel across the entire dashboard adds a subtle touch to the cabin.
The Hyundai Tucson also features an interior LED lighting system with 64 customizable colors, enhancing aesthetics and creating a warm atmosphere. The smart power tailgate offers four opening levels, and remote start functionality with just a press of a button on the key fob provides maximum convenience for users.
The Hyundai Tucson continues to offer three engine options but is upgraded with Smartstream technology, delivering more impressive performance:
The SmartStream 1.6L T-GDi engine produces a maximum power of 180 horsepower and a maximum torque of 265 Nm, paired with a 7-speed DCT dual-clutch automatic transmission. This engine increases power by 4%, efficiency by 5%, and reduces emissions by 12%.
SmartStream Diesel D2.0 engine: Maximum power of 186 horsepower and maximum torque of 416 Nm, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The SmartStream 2.0L MPI gasoline engine delivers 156 horsepower and 192 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
