Preserving the "treasure" of the Dao people wearing short pants

Dai Tu district has nearly 6,000 Dao ethnic people, mainly concentrated in Quan Chu town and the communes of Hoang Nong, Yen Lang, Phu Xuyen... Of which, the Dao people wearing shorts make up the majority with a long-standing cultural tradition, rich in identity, still preserved and passed on to the next generation.

For Dao ethnic women, their costumes show creativity and sophistication in every stitch. From a young age, Dao girls are taught by their grandmothers and mothers how to spin, weave, and embroider.
