Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam stated: With its rigorous scientific arguments, abundant data and documents, the book "Brilliant Vietnam - The Mark of Achievements of the 13th National Congress of the Party" has affirmed the strong progress and impressive development of Vietnam over the past five years, highlighting the wise leadership and guidance of the Central Party Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the decisive and flexible management of the Government, the support of the National Assembly, and especially the unity and solidarity of the entire nation.

This book is a meticulously compiled work, possessing both theoretical depth and practical value. It clarifies the great achievements and important lessons learned, while also contributing to spreading confidence and inspiring aspirations for national development in the new era. Beyond summarizing the achievements of the 13th National Congress, the book is also a valuable resource for current external information, propaganda, and political and ideological education .

Entering a new era of development, and facing increasingly high demands on political, ideological, and theoretical work, especially in the context of the increasingly complex struggle in the ideological and cultural fields amidst globalization and the digital technology boom, Comrade Tran Thanh Lam proposed that the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, along with theoretical, press, and publishing agencies, including the National Political Publishing House, should continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of propaganda; improve the quality of theoretical research and practical summaries; promptly disseminate positive values; effectively build and protect the Party's ideological foundation; awaken pride and determination; and strengthen confidence in the position, achievements, and upward momentum of Vietnamese character and intellect in the new era.
