Some professions come to people through a clear choice. But there are also professions that come from a certain destiny, and then keep people in the field through responsibility. For Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dao, Director of Asia Food Trading and Service Company Limited, that's how his journey into the industrial catering field began.

Born in 1991 and residing in Dong Nai, Mr. Dao graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry with a major in Banking in 2013. Afterward, he spent nearly 10 years working in the finance and banking sector. This experience instilled in him a disciplined work ethic, systematic thinking, and the ability to meticulously control his work. However, after many years in the field, he realized he wanted a more practical job, where the value created could be clearly seen in everyday life.
When the profession chooses the person
There was a period when Mr. Dao was asked to assist with some tasks related to industrial catering. At the time, he thought simply: he was just "lending a hand" to keep everything running smoothly. But that period left a very deep impression on him.
What first kept him there wasn't the job, but the people. He saw colleagues who had been with the company for many years, still diligently working in the kitchen and on the assembly line, consistently and with a high sense of responsibility. In his opinion, a workplace makes people want to stay not only because of the income, but also because of trust and camaraderie.

Then came another moment, equally simple yet more impactful than any description. It was when he saw workers lining up for their meals after their shift. Everyone was tired, everyone was in a hurry. But when the hot, clean trays of food were brought out on time, their faces softened. They ate with relish. For Mr. Dao, that very moment illuminated one thing: this profession is not just about providing meals; it is directly nourishing the strength of the workers.
From that feeling, he felt he was drawn to the profession. In early 2023, he decided to fully enter the industrial catering field and start from scratch: learning kitchen operations, procedures, ingredient control, personnel organization, portioning, and handling unforeseen issues.

Build a strong foundation for the long haul.
Speaking about his motivation for staying in the profession, Mr. Dao calls it "a very simple happiness": seeing workers and employees enjoy their meals. It is from this feeling that he and his team of chefs spend many nights meticulously experimenting with each dish, each portion size, and each method of maintaining the perfect temperature for delivery. The goal is not to create elaborate dishes, but to produce delicious, clean, nutritious, and consistent meals every day.
From there, he clearly defined the business's development path: building a high-quality, safe, and stable catering system, gradually improving operational capacity, and establishing a lasting reputation. Information about the company's service groups, operational capabilities, and processes is currently showcased on the website achaucatering.com. His strategy is "to build a solid foundation from the ground up": standardizing kitchen processes, strictly controlling input materials, optimizing operations, while simultaneously improving the menu and building a professional team.

That value is also recognized by customers and partners. Mr. Jeremy Cheng, Director of Hansheng Precision Technology Company (Song Than 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), said that what caught his attention at Asia was the clean, large-scale kitchen model that gave a sense of security. From a partner's perspective, Mr. Le Van Ha, Chairman of the Board of Directors of NKH Group Co., Ltd. (Binh Duong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), assessed Asia as a reputable enterprise that chooses a sustainable path by prioritizing clean, high-quality materials.
Within the company itself, Ms. Ngo Thi Van, an employee who has been with the company for 9 years, also sees in the leader a dynamic, enthusiastic person who always cares about the team.

Alongside the advantages, this journey also went through many stressful periods. There were times when raw material prices increased, personnel costs rose due to policy changes, while fuel and supply fluctuated erratically. But it was during those times that Mr. Dao learned to adapt more quickly, tighten operations, and optimize through processes, rather than sacrificing the quality of the meals.
"Industrial-style meals are more than just a service. They are acts of kindness performed consistently every day."
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dao, Director of Asia Food Trading and Service Company Limited
Concluding his story, Mr. Dao emphasized the importance of trustworthiness. Because once a meal is truly decent, customers will feel the value themselves. And when customers feel that value, trust will build – more sustainable than any advertising.
