The Party Committee of Binh Dinh Ward has 49 subordinate Party branches and committees with over 1,600 Party members. For the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Party Committee's Resolution identifies three strategic breakthroughs: developing trade and services to create growth momentum; effectively mobilizing resources for investment in technical and social infrastructure; and promoting comprehensive digital transformation and building a civilized urban area. At the same time, Binh Dinh Ward strives to eliminate poverty by the end of the term.

To bring the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of Binh Dinh Ward, term 2025-2030, into life, the Party Branch has developed specialized resolutions for implementation. In Party building work, the Party Branch strives to develop two new Party members. Along with that, we focus on mobilizing and educating cadres and Party members to work together to build a culturally advanced neighborhood.

At the Quang Trung neighborhood Party branch (Binh Dinh ward), Deputy Secretary Tran Van Ky said: 58 Party members in the branch uphold the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility. The Party Committee of Vinh Quang commune has 596 Party members operating in 20 subordinate branches. The Resolution of the First Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030, sets the goal: By 2030, Vinh Quang commune will achieve advanced new rural standards, with an average annual growth rate of 10.8%.

Nguyen Ke Dau, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, affirmed: "Immediately after the congress, the Party Committee directed the dissemination and implementation of the action plan, in which building the 'Four Good Party Branches' and 'Four Good Grassroots Party Committees' models is an urgent task, contributing to bringing the resolution into life."

Mai Viet Trung, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, emphasized: To ensure that the resolutions of the Party congresses at the commune and ward levels are quickly put into practice, the most important thing is to transform ideas into concrete actions with measurable results that directly serve the lives of the people. Therefore, the "Four Good Party Branches" and "Four Good Grassroots Party Committees" models must be implemented seriously, synchronously, and widely.

According to the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the criteria for building "Four Good Party Branches" and "Four Good Grassroots Party Committees" include: successfully completing political tasks; good quality of activities; good unity and discipline; and good cadres and good Party members.

To meet the criteria of "Four Good Party Branches" and "Four Good Grassroots Party Committees," party branches must promptly disseminate and concretize the policies and resolutions of higher-level Party committees in accordance with the practical realities of the locality and unit; lead the effective implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, national defense, security, and Party building; and recruit party members ensuring both quantity and quality.
