Buckwheat flowers typically bloom from late September to December. What's special about this flower is that its color changes over time. In late September, buds begin to appear, blooming sporadically in a pristine white. By October and November, the flowers begin to bloom profusely on the hillsides and valleys, creating dreamy fields of pink and purple flowers throughout the mountains of Ha Giang.
