The Guardian (UK) gave Erling Haaland 6 points and Kevin de Bruyne 5 points - the lowest scores for Man City in the Champions League final on June 10th.
At the Ataturk Stadium in Istanbul, Türkiye, Haaland played the full 90 minutes, touching the ball 19 times, making eight passes with three accurate ones, successfully dribbling twice, but losing possession eight times. He also only had one shot, in the 27th minute when he burst into the penalty area on the left and shot straight at goalkeeper Andre Onana.

This was a disappointing performance, especially for a player who had scored 52 goals in all competitions this season. Before the final, Haaland had also failed to score in several big matches, such as the two legs of the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid and the FA Cup final against Manchester United. He had only scored one goal in his last seven games and had been goalless in his last four games across all competitions.
However, the Guardian also jokingly commented that Haaland probably doesn't care about the points or goal statistics in recent matches, as he helped Man City win the treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.
Kevin De Bruyne received a rating of 5. The Belgian midfielder only played 36 minutes before being substituted for Phil Foden due to injury. De Bruyne's early departure also left Haaland without a compatible partner in attack.

Rodri - the midfielder who scored the only goal to help Man City win the Champions League for the first time - received the highest score (8). The Guardian called the Spanish midfielder "the player who decided Man City's treble". In addition, goalkeeper Ederson also received 8 points for his solid performance, including saving two dangerous shots from Romelu Lukaku and Robin Gosens.
The remaining players, Manuel Akanji, John Stones, Reben Dias, Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gündogan, and Jack Grealish, received a score of 7, while Nathan Ake received a score of 6. Substitutes Foden and Kyle Walker were not given a score.
Key events of the Man City 1-0 Inter match.
On Inter's side, the Guardian gave Andre Onana, Alessandro Bastoni, and Nicolo Barella the highest scores, each with 7 points. The British newspaper noted that Onana was not at fault for Inter's conceded goal. Bastoni effectively contained Haaland with aerial challenges, while Barella moved all over the pitch and nearly opened the scoring after Ederson's misplaced pass in the first half.

Denzel Dumfries, Matteo Darmian, Francesco Acerbi, Marcelo Brozovic, and Edin Dzeko received a score of 6, while Federico Dimarco, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Lautaro Martinez received a score of 5. According to The Guardian , Dimarco was repeatedly tormented by Bernardo Silva on the left wing, missed an equalizer when his header hit the crossbar, and then his rebound header struck Lukaku in the 71st minute. Calhanoglu failed to perform his playmaking role well, and Martinez squandered a one-on-one opportunity with Ederson.
Inter's substitutes, Robin Gosens, Raoul Bellanova, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Danilo D'Ambrosio, were not given any ratings.
