Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, assessed that the choice of Hai Duong as the location for the second factory in Vietnam was not accidental. The reason is that Hai Duong is strategically located, close to important highways and has convenient connections with major seaports such as Hai Phong , making the export of goods from the factory easy and efficient. This helps optimize the supply chain, minimize transportation costs and create a competitive advantage for Deli.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc affirmed that this is a large FDI project of Hai Duong, invested by one of the leading enterprises of China. The Deputy Prime Minister expects and believes that this project will contribute much to the development of Hai Duong province.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Head of the Hai Duong Industrial Park Management Board, said that identifying infrastructure as a competitive advantage to create an advantage in attracting investment, Hai Duong has focused on completing the traffic and technical infrastructure system, ready to ensure the hard criteria, meeting the conditions for serving production and business of enterprises. In addition, new industrial parks and industrial clusters are also being urgently deployed to welcome investors. In addition to 12 industrial parks being operated and exploited, the province is determined to clear the land and soon build infrastructure for 5 new industrial parks.
