Hai Phong seeks investors for two projects worth nearly 800 billion VND

The Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment has just issued a notice seeking investors for two projects: the New Urban Area in Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district and the Urban Renovation Project in Lam Ha ward, Kien An district.

Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong has announced the list of New Urban Area Projects in Nui Doi town, Kien Thuy district with a total estimated implementation cost of 500.5 billion VND. This is an investment project using land with a total area of 8.3 hectares, the total investment of the project is more than 541 billion VND, including 500.5 billion VND in implementation costs and 40.9 billion VND in compensation and resettlement support costs. The minimum equity capital that investors must arrange is 108 billion VND. Investors interested in implementing the project must submit registration documents to the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong before March 18, 2024.

The objective of the Project is to invest in the construction and development of housing in a modern direction in terms of space organization, architecture, landscape, and synchronous technical infrastructure system. The formation of the Project will contribute to the urban renovation and expansion in Nui Doi town, creating a modern civilized urban space in Kien Thuy district. The project put into operation will contribute to promoting the socio -economic development of Kien Thuy district in particular and Hai Phong city in general, meeting the housing needs and improving the quality of life of local people.

The investment scale of the project is to level the ground, build a synchronous technical infrastructure system on the entire land; build roads, land use area of about 32,753.33 m2; plant trees, land use area of about 5,970.11 m2; parking lot, garbage station, land use area of about 1,834.33 m2. Build 241 adjacent houses (raw construction and complete exterior), 5 floors high, area from 80 m2 - 120 m2 with 5 m frontage; Total construction floor area of about 94,027 m2. Construction land area of about 22,796.47 m2; construction density of about 79% - 92%.

The second project is an urban renovation project in Lam Ha ward, Kien An district with an area of 1.41 hectares, located in Lam Ha ward, Kien An district, Hai Phong city. The project includes the construction of a commercial center with a land area of 5,984 m2, including 2 3-storey buildings, one of which has 2 basements, with a total floor area of 20,663 m2.

The project's objective is to build a modern, multifunctional commercial center complex, creating an architectural highlight, promoting the development of commercial and service business activities, and socio-economic development in Kien An district.

The project has a total investment of more than 288 billion VND, of which the implementation cost is 285 billion VND, the compensation and resettlement support cost is 3.4 billion VND. The minimum equity that the investor must arrange is 57.6 billion VND. The deadline for submitting registration documents is March 21, 2024.

Previously, on January 19, 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City issued a notice inviting investors to implement the Urban Renovation Project in Hai Phong residential area, Hoa Nghia ward, Duong Kinh district. The deadline for submitting registration documents for the Project is 8:00 a.m. on February 22, 2024.

This is an investment project using land, with a preliminary total implementation cost of 741.28 billion VND; compensation and resettlement support costs of 114.989 billion VND; land use scale of about 65,784 m2. Products and services provided include: commercial housing for sale (200 commercial apartments and 262 townhouses); social housing for sale and rent (156 social housing apartments)...

In addition, many projects called for investment by the Hai Phong Department of Planning and Investment have also found businesses to register to implement. For example, Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company (Hoang Huy Group) registered to implement the Urban Construction and Renovation Investment Project (apartment building combined with commercial and service center) at lot OTM2-1, N2-3, CX2-4, Trai Cau ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city. The project has an area of 16,179.6m2 including: 1 apartment building combined with commercial services with a maximum height of 40 floors, arranged with about 998 apartments, construction floor area of about 154,023m2 and 11 adjacent houses, maximum height of 7 floors; the rest is technical infrastructure (trees, roads, water supply and drainage, lighting). The population is about 2,240 people. Total implementation cost is nearly 3,200 billion VND.

Or two projects, the Urban Area Project along the extended Do Muoi Street and the New Urban Area Project in Hoa Dong Commune in Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City, have just been announced by the Hai Phong City Property Auction Service Center to have been successfully auctioned with the winning bid of more than 6,000 billion VND.
