With the theme “Hai Phong - Faith and aspiration to rise with the country”, the city brings a large-scale exhibition space with nearly 10,000m² of outdoor display, 80 typical business booths and an exhibition area in the Kim Quy building.

The indoor exhibition space presents 11 thematic groups, designed into five sub-areas including the welcome gate, the model area, the cultural-heritage area, the historical road "Echoes of Thunder on Route 5", the agricultural- social security-foreign affairs-defense area and the multi-layered experience area "The Future is Moving".

Right from the welcome gate, visitors can admire the simulation of the most modern STS crane system in Vietnam, currently operating at Lach Huyen international gateway port with a handling capacity of up to 24 rows of containers, equivalent to the size of the world's largest container ship.
Standing out in the open space is the model of the Truong Minh Dream 01 ship - the largest bulk carrier in Vietnam. The product was designed and constructed by a team of engineers and workers from Nam Trieu Shipbuilding Company. The ship has become a typical symbol of the modern port city and at the same time affirms the potential of Vietnam's shipbuilding industry.

Next is the model space recreating the comprehensive development journey of Hai Phong through each historical period using an interactive touch screen system.
The central screen introduces the master plan and vision for the city's development until 2045, while five sub-screens respectively depict economic, socio-cultural, foreign affairs, national defense-security and Party building achievements.
More than 400 selected images and valuable documents help viewers understand the solid foundation for the city to continue to break through in the new era.

The cultural-heritage area brings the public to a Hai Phong rich in identity. The city currently owns a system of historical-cultural relics and unique landscapes, including two UNESCO-recognized world heritages: Cat Ba Archipelago and Con Son-Kiep Bac scenic spot.
Hai Phong is also known as the land of mandarins with 637 doctors, including 13 famous top candidates such as the two-country top candidate Mac Dinh Chi, Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem or the first female doctor in the feudal history of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Due.
Stories and documents are vividly presented on conical pillars and multi-dimensional rotating shafts, depicting the historical and humanistic depth of the land.

Another highlight is the “Historical Road” with a large screen recreating the heroic journey associated with “Thunder Road 5” - the symbol of resistance of Hai Phong, Hai Duong and Hung Yen during the period of fighting against French colonialism.
The space is divided into four stages: 1945-1955, 1955-1986, 1986-2025 and orientation 2025-2030, reflecting important milestones from the resistance war against foreign invaders to the renovation and integration process.

The agricultural, social security, foreign affairs and national defense areas are arranged adjacently, integrating a touch screen system and large photo columns with more than 500 images and valuable documents on social security policies, correct foreign policies, and strong national defense.
The content affirms the Party's consistent leadership role and is associated with Uncle Ho's visits to Hai Phong and the marks at the city's Party Congresses.

The tour ends with a multi-layered experience area designed to simulate the Truong Minh Dream 01 ship. Inside the ship, visitors experience a digital space with images, documents and modern effects, thereby imagining a Hai Phong that is growing strongly, affirming its position as the leading industrial-seaport center in the country, ready to enter a new stage of development with the whole country.
