Hai Phong Customs Department has proactively, promptly and promptly issued official dispatches to carry out the unit's related tasks in Plan No. 108/KH-UBND (dated April 23, 2024) of Hai Phong City People's Committee on Hai Phong City's International Integration in 2024.

Accordingly, the leaders of Hai Phong Customs Department requested its affiliated and subordinate units to exploit, research and proactively implement related contents in the Plan according to assigned functions and tasks.
In particular, focusing mainly on tasks such as: Effectively implementing propaganda and dissemination of commitments in Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) that Vietnam has signed, focusing on specific contents of interest to businesses, contributing to supporting businesses to take advantage of opportunities and advantages brought by FTAs.
Continue to improve and carry out tasks to enhance the Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index), Provincial and Municipal Competitiveness Index (PCI)... to improve the investment and business environment towards transparency, openness, modernity, professionalism and friendliness.
Promote administrative reform, focusing on administrative procedure reform, better implement the one-stop and inter-connected one-stop mechanisms, and improve the satisfaction level of people and businesses, contributing to improving the city's competitiveness index.
Continue to promote the application of information technology in reform areas towards modernization in management, operation and service; create favorable conditions for people and businesses in transactions and handling administrative procedures.
Plan No. 108/KH-UBND with the contents of comprehensive, flexible and effective implementation of international integration work with a focus on international economic integration to ensure synchronous implementation of tasks and solutions in Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated December 1, 2023 of the City Party Executive Committee, term XVI, at the 14th Conference on goals, tasks and solutions for 2024 and Resolution No. 36/NQ-HDND dated December 8, 2023 of the City People's Council on socio-economic, national defense and security tasks of the city in 2024.
