Thereby, contributing to building a regular, elite, gradually modern Vietnam People's Navy, ready to protect the sovereignty of the Fatherland's seas and islands.
During the test, the new soldiers practiced: shooting AK submachine guns, setting off explosives and throwing grenades at targets. These are subjects that require soldiers to be technically proficient, calmly handle situations and master their weapons and equipment in realistic combat conditions.
The “3-bang” practice took place seriously, safely, and in accordance with regulations. The new soldiers applied their knowledge and skills well, performed accurately and confidently, and completed the test content well.
Overall results: AK submachine gun shooting achieved Good grade; explosives and grenade throwing both achieved Excellent grade. Notably, the entire test ensured absolute safety for people and equipment.
The inspection was monitored and encouraged by the head of the Naval Region 5 Command and the Naval Staff. Soldiers who successfully completed their missions were commended and presented with flowers at the training ground - a practical recognition of the efforts of young soldiers on remote islands.
