The exhibition "From the ground to the museum: A journey of artifacts" is a content within the framework of the "Hanoi - Toulouse cooperation project on technical assistance to preserve and promote the value of urban heritage sites". archeological monuments and monuments at the World Heritage Site Center of the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long - Hanoi". The project was agreed to be implemented by the leaders of Hanoi and Toulouse city from 2020, directly assigned to the Thang Long Heritage Conservation Center - Hanoi, with funding from the French Development Agency.
